- Application forms: name, email address, Discord handle, Star Citizen handle, preferred division and any message you write.
- Event registrations: name, callsign, email address, Discord handle, number of participants and any notes you add.
- Contact messages: name, email address and the content of your message.
Why we collect it
- To review membership applications and reply to you.
- To manage capacity and communication for Astraeus experiences and operations.
- To maintain an internal roster of members and their assigned divisions.
Who can see it
- Only Astraeus administrators with an authenticated account can view submissions in the internal console.
- Submissions are also forwarded by email to the Astraeus recruitment inbox.
- We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers or third-party marketers.
Cookies and local storage
- We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Strictly necessary storage keeps you signed in to the administrator console and remembers your cookie choice.
- You can clear this at any time in your browser settings; the public site will keep working.
Retention and removal
- Applications and registrations are kept as long as they are operationally relevant.
- Ask us to remove your information at any time by writing to era.ruler@gmail.com, and we will delete it from the registry.
