Leadership Authority
Authority is delegated, bounded and revocable. A leader's authority extends only as far as their documented responsibility.
Decision Making
Strategic decisions rest with executive leadership. Operational decisions are pushed to the lowest competent level. Decisions of organizational significance are recorded.
Accountability
Leadership reports on outcomes on a defined cadence. Failures are reviewed without blame culture but without avoidance.
Member Rights
Members have the right to fair treatment, transparent expectations, a route of appeal and to leave in good standing at any time.
Organizational Standards
Standards for conduct, operations, communication and training apply equally across all divisions.
Conflict Resolution
A defined escalation path exists from team lead to division leadership to executive review.
Leadership Succession
