Founder Program · Limited Cohort
Founders build what others will inherit.
Early members have an opportunity that cannot be recreated later: to influence the culture, systems, leadership and future of Astraeus at the point where it is still being written.
What is a Founder?
A Founder is an early member invited to help construct the organization itself — its divisions, doctrine, standards and culture — before those systems harden.
Why Founders Matter
Organizations are shaped permanently by their first fifty people. The habits set now become the culture inherited by everyone who follows.
Founder Expectations
Consistent presence, honest feedback, willingness to take responsibility early, and the maturity to disagree constructively.
Founder Responsibilities
Contribute to a division's build-out, participate in operations, mentor incoming recruits and uphold the standard visibly.
Founder Benefits
Permanent Founder standing, direct access to executive leadership, first consideration for leadership roles and a voice in organizational direction.
Founder Selection Process
Application, conversation with executive leadership, a period of active participation, and confirmation by the Founder.
Standing
Founder status is permanent — and it is earned.
The designation is not sold, granted for donations or given for early arrival alone. It is confirmed after demonstrated contribution.
