The standard every member agrees to uphold.

Short, explicit and enforced. Membership in Astraeus is conditional on these nine articles.

Respect

Every member is treated with respect regardless of rank, experience, background or availability. Disagreement is normal; disrespect is not.

Commitments are kept. If you cannot attend, you say so. If you make a mistake, you report it.

Clear, timely and appropriate communication is a requirement of membership, not a courtesy.

Operations depend on people showing up prepared. Reliability is the most valued trait in Astraeus.

Personal performance never outranks team outcome. We win and lose as a formation.

Leaders are held to a stricter standard than members and are accountable for the climate of their teams.

Harassment, discrimination, cheating and deliberate disruption result in removal without negotiation.

Raise issues directly and early; escalate through leadership if unresolved. Silence is not a resolution.

In public spaces you represent the organization. Conduct yourself accordingly.
